Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Where Is My Stuff? ("the app", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

Where Is My Stuff? is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to misuse the app, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

The app relies on your device's GPS, compass, and camera. Location accuracy varies depending on your device, environment, and signal conditions. We do not guarantee that the app will accurately locate any item. You should not rely solely on this app to find items of significant value or in emergency situations.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROPERTY, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR ITS SUBSCRIPTION IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

5. Your Data & Lost Items

All data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, iOS updates, or any other cause. We strongly recommend regularly reviewing your saved items. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to items you attempt to locate using the app.

6. Subscriptions & Purchases

The app offers an optional Pro subscription billed through Apple's App Store. All billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple. We do not process payments directly and have no access to your payment information. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing or features at any time. Changes will not affect your current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

The app and all content within it (excluding photos you take yourself) are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms:

9. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any feature at any time without notice. If the app is discontinued, any active Pro subscriptions should be cancelled through Apple — we are not responsible for refunds in that event beyond what Apple's policies provide.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer of Where Is My Stuff? from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
